This is the headquarters I believe of LL Bean and retail outlet.  Oodles of things and stuffed animals to see.  Saturday it was a busy place, though it was rainy outside.

Massachusetts Welcomes You

We traveled some 650 miles to Maine on Thursday for two meetings on Sunday.  The day was overcast, but not much rain.  We went through Pennsylvania, across NJ, NY and up the coast, but not on I-95.  It was a much nicer trip than previous ones.

Welcome to Maine

This is a used truck dealer somewhere along the way.
Pastor Tiner's Bike.  The plate says Ye Must.  His wife used to have an identical bike, and that plate said B BRN AGN. Apparently she did not like riding it.

Tuesday, April 18, West Virginia

This cardinal was a visitor to the bird feeder out the back door of the family we are staying with while in WV.  They are friends of Joe and Christin.

Ben and Tiffany's  little Rosalee is their new adopted daughter and is trying to walk.  She is a happy camper and such a cutie.

Farm critters in and around Ranson

Not sure what the purple trees are, but they are plentiful.

Wednesday, Henry got sick with the local 24-hour virus so he slept most of the day.  I was doing OK, but not great.  We did go to the prayer meeting and met the Pastor and his wife.  We will be at that church on April 30th.  More on that then.

Arrived in USA

Our three flights from Japan to Dallas to WDC were smooth and no problems, PTL.  We are staying in WVA with friends of Joe and Christin for a couple of days, then starts our travels.

Arrival at Dallas Airport , below walking through concourse

Riding the Skyline tram to our connecting flight.  This taken from there.

Arrival at Dulles International

Our Departure is at hand

Henry and I leave Japan in about 8-9 hours for a short stateside furlough.  We will land in the DC area then start traveling up and down the coast, and west to Nebraska, then return East and visit family, friends and supporting churches along the way.  I'll post updates periodically, so keep watching.  Please keep us in your prayers for safety and that we can be a blessing to those we meet.
