Replacing the downstairs PR door

We have a couple of people that are using either a walker or wheelchair.  Access to the, shall we say, Powder Room,  is difficult.  So Henry purchased a sliding door to replace the regular one.  Construction started February 19.  He had to remove the door, the drywall, the closet door, and insulation.

First he had to saw through the door frame to remove it.  

Then he removed the drywall.  

All bagged up 

This is the closet.  Its door will have to be moved a few inches right.

This white frame here is for the sliding door.  It was difficult, to say the least, to get it the right size. 

There was fine dust everywhere, all over the house for several days.
