| I heard this guy's honk outside my kitchen window on July 27th. He was so close. There was also a white cat stalking it, so he just sauntered off. He was about twice the size of the cat. |

| A closeup of the head. I guess this bird is about three years old. I've also seen several females in another field; they are smaller and brown, but just as alert. I think they nest in the kudzu vines about 200 yards around the corner. |

| Here Henry is adding the first coat of stain to the boards. It is not easy on the back. It will be a long process getting it done with just himself. I'll be gone two weeks to see my first grandkids being born, so I can't help. |
