We at at the Mountain View Diner in Charles Town. This is the steak salad covered in mozzarella cheese, huge chunks of tomato, cuke, radish, homemade croutons. Enough for two...had to take half of it home. 
Took the twins for a walk in Charles Town past Lucy outside a thrift store.

Henry was helping the twins with lunch by making an "airplane" with the food. They ate it all!

We went to Cornerstone Baptist Church in Owings, Maryland, for the Wednesday night (April 17) service. So good to see Pastor Titus who was in the Bible Institute at the same time as Henry. He has pastored this church for about 30 years.
Henry preached Sunday morning at Loudoun Baptist Church where our long-time friends, the Nichols, pastor and have been there over 30 years. We share some wonderful memories. 
After lunch we drove over to Bel Air, Maryland for the evening service at Forest Ridge Baptist, Jeff Berg pastoring for over 30 years. This two church were one of the first that took us on for support back in 1989. 
We had dinner at the home of Aaron, Heather and Autumn Day that evening. 
Monday lunch time we were treated by Pastor Berg and his wife Ellen at Chili's Restaurant. It is always good to see them.

All along the drive up Highway 81 we saw these lavendar/purple flowering trees. Don't know what they are, but they are really pretty.

Stephen found this Honda Fit for us. It was originally orange and he had it painted blue--my favorite color! Runs well and gets good mileage.

We went to Morning Star Baptist Church for Wednesday night service. This is where Sara attends while at college
Thursday the 11th, we went to Ambassador and went to some of Sara's classes. This is the President of the College, Alton Beal, in the morning chapel service. He said that on his trip to Japan last fall, he ate the best Japanese meal at our church (sukiyaki). It was really nice to meet and talk with him again.

Son Stephen took us to this upscale Italian Restaurant in Spartanburg. Excellent cuisine. Mr. Renalto greeted us at our table and explained the off-menu items. We chose from the menu which was excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Pricey, but worth it. 
This is an ice cream dessert wrapped in melted chocolate--also delicious.

#1 Son took us to dinner at Renalto's Italian Restaurant in Spartanburg. Upscale, very delicious food and staff was very friendly and attentive.
