July 28-29, 2015 West Virginia

Got to stop in to Sew Chic Quilt Shop in Fairmont, West Virginia.  It's a former barn and just beautiful inside with lots of fabric and pattern choices.

This is one of many signs I photograph so I can read later.
We passed this restaurant with a '50's feel and it's called The Pokey Dot.  Reviews say the food is great, but we did not get to eat there.   :-(
We met Pastor and Mrs. Bowman at a different restaurant and I ordered this delicious salad with broiled chicken.  Yummy.

This is something you just do not see much anymore.
We stopped at these waterfalls and Henry took a walk on the rocks closer to the water while I stayed in the gazebo and watched.

On our way out of the park this two-point buck was spotted.
The road to the falls is around a lake and several residents had some fishy mailboxes.
A doe was grazing among the lily pads.

Henry gave a short testimony/report at the Calvary Baptist Church in Mannington.  It was established in 1924.

Henry's former roommate, Ken, still attends here.
